Technical Safety Inspections and Calibration Testing: We can perform the required Technical Safety Inspections (IAW Para.6 of the MDOO <<Medical Devices Operating Ordinance>>) and Calibration Testing (IAW Para.11 of the MDOO) for Heart-Lung Machines and their accessories. All technical inspections and testing are performed to the current state the existing requirements and using calibrated test equipment. Contact us.

Repair and Maintenance: We perform repairs and maintenance work on Heart-Lung Machines quickly and reliably by using original spare parts either in the clinical setting or at our facilities. If desired, loan equipment can be provided during the repair work. Some parts used in the CAPS generation equipment is still being produced. As a result, we are still able to perform maintenance and Technical Safety Inspections as well as a variety of repair measures on this equipment. Contact us.

Modification and Retrofit: We perform modifications and retrofits of Heart-Lung Machines in accordance the currently official technical requirements. Each HLM is tested by TÜV for conformity to the current technical and legal guidelines and regulations, accepted and certified. Expansions of HLM's in the field with anaesthetic vaporizers are an available option. This includes the prescribed "vaporizer-holders with built-in bypass," which, although no longer available from the manufacturer, we have on stock in limited numbers. Contact us.

Authorised and certified SECHRIST-Service: As an authorised and certified SECHRIST-Partner, we can perform repair, maintenance and Technical Safety Inspections on the Air/Oxygen Mixers from the American manufacturer SECHRIST Industries, Inc.. In our facilities, the units are disassembled, cleaned and parts subject to wear are replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. The units are reassembled and tested on a gas testing station of our own design and manufacture. During repairs, we are able to provide you with loan equipment. Original SECHRIST spare parts are usually available within a few days from the manufacturer's stock. Electronic Gas Blender can be calibrated on our gas station as well. Request an offer here.
